During July, August and all major holidays and events room rates are increased by $10.00

We have six rooms to choose from.

Three rooms inside the main B&B proper; Abiquiu, O'Keeffe and Pinon. From all three of these rooms you are mere steps away from the Great Room complete with sitting area and glowing fireplace.
One room, Chimayo, connected to the main house located in the rear with its own private entrance.
Two more rooms, True Grit and Hacienda Grande, both are adjoining casitas with private entrances.

All guests are granted access to the Great Room, the Reading Room with house phone and Breakfast Room which is always unlocked for you.

Our peak season rates apply in July and August and major holidays.
Room rates include a delicious full breakfast, use of all common areas, and parking.
Rates are for single or Double occupancy and do not include applicable taxes.
All rooms and common areas are non-smoking.
Sorry, no pets allowed.
Two night minimum stays are required on weekends, and additional minimum stays may also apply for holidays and special events.

During Indian Market, August , a four night minimum stay is required, either leading up to or after the event.

"Comfortable, friendly B&B"

I thought the AdobeStar Inn, formerly "Spencer House", was an excellent place for a weekend getaway. I think we had the smallest room in the house -- but it was tastefully decorated and quite clean. The breakfast (chili rellenos casserole) was spicy but yummy if you like spicy food (I went back for seconds).

We were in Santa Fe during Spanish Market weekend (not purposefully) and incidentally I thought the market was expensive and a bit overrated (lots of the same stuff, and much of it related to American Indian culture -- not of much use for me!) But back to the B&B -- the host (David, I think) was great, even allowed us to keep our car parked on site while we shopped the day we checked out. The proximity to everything in Santa Fe was nice, as well. I would definitely stay here again!
