Reservation & Cancellation Policy
(IMPORTANT)

 

 

A deposit is required to confirm all reservations. The amount is equal to one-half your total stay or two nights, whichever is greater, and must be received within 5 working days of making your reservation. For your convenience you may secure your deposit with a credit card at the time you make your reservation. Your balance plus taxes is due upon check-in.

If you cancel at least 15 days before your arrival date we will refund your deposit, less a $25 handling fee.

 

Cancellations between 14 and 8 days before your arrival date will be charged a fee equal to one nights stay (per room booked), unless we can rebook the rooms, in which case we will refund the charge and your deposit less a $25 handling fee.

Indian Market is an exception as we have a 30 day cancellation policy over Indian Market, 4 night minimum, and a 50% deposit required.  You will receive a full refund minus $25 if you cancel outside of 30 days, in 2008, the cancellation date is by July 24th.  Between July 24th and August 21st you will receive a credit in the amount of your deposit to be redeemed at any time.

Cancellations within 7 days or less before your arrival date will be charged the full price of the reservation unless we can rebook the rooms, in which case we will refund the charge and your deposit less a $25 handling fee.

In cases where we cannot rebook the rooms, resulting in cancellation fees, we will issue you a Gift Certificate valid in the dollar amount of the cancellation fees (not handling fees).  Gift Certificates may be used as payment for rooms reserved in the future.  Gift Certificates may be used, sold or transferred to other persons.

 

Late arrivals and early departures will be charged for their fully reserved stay.

 

*note there is a one time $50 cleaning fee for the vacation rentals on stays of three (3) days or less.  A $25 charge will be applied every third day thereafter.  Charges apply to Sage House, Casa de Ristras and Sunflower Casitas.  Daily housekeeping is available upon request.  Call for details.


  • Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM.  Early or late arrivals MUST be arranged in advance.
  • Check-out is at 11:00 AM.
  • Children age 12 and older are welcome, however all rooms except for the Hacienda Grande Room can only accommodate two guests.
  • We accept Visa, MasterCard, personal and travelers checks, money orders, and cash.
